Hello beautiful souls,
I'm Gabriela a traveler. I grew up in Italy, but for many years now my home has been the world. I traveled around the world like Thaildand, Messico; Greece, Costa Rica and most of Europe. I love traveling with myself and exploring a news cultures. I am a curious person with a highly motivated, with a positive attitude. I'm open minded, willing to learn new things, I am driven and enthusiastic.

I currently live in the Canary Islands and work in a surf school taking care of some social projects such as beach cleaning, or volunteer courses in adapted surfing. I also organize courses for children. I graduated as a teacher of children aged 0-6 and older children with disabilities.
Years ago I worked in a nursery in London and for a few years in Italy as a primary school teacher. I consider myself an enthusiastic, caring, patient, responsible, and energetic person but above all sweet.

Last year I did the workaway experience in various hostels at Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua. It was an incredible experience. I had the opportunity to work like a receptionist and with customers. I consider myself a good communicator, solution-oriented and open-minded. I also have a great passion for art and photography. I like to paint, take a photos and edit video. Furthermore, for my current surf school I work as a content creator, taking care of the creation of advertising through Canva and I take care of social pages like Instagram and Facebook.

I speak Italian, Spanish and English. I love the sea and surfing which is one of my greatest passions together with art. I love animals and above all nature and everything related to it. I like taking care of the environment

I like discovering new cultures and their traditions, especially culinary ones, I like cooking and exchanging cooking tips

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have a degree in child education, I have been a teacher for many years to children of all ages. I worked in a nursery in London where they used the Reggio Emilia method. I was a support teacher for children with motor and mental disabilities such as autism.

I also have a master's degree in human resources and I worked for two years as a recruiter.

I currently work in a surf school, where I take care of all the administrative part, the sale of courses, social media and the social projects part. I organized a beach clean-up with the Clean Ocean Project association, involving local authorities. I am organizing a volunteer course to train volunteers to work in adapted surfing. Our school collaborates with disabled people's associations and we allow blind people, those without the use of legs, people with Parkinson's and autism to surf.

I also deal with the creation of social content, for their social pages. I can edit videos and photos and create advertising campaigns through Canva. I also have a passion for photos, and art, I like to paint, use clay and do jobs where I can create with my hands such as cooking or gardening

I am a big dreamer, who believes in the simplicity of life and the connection between people and energy. I love nature, coincidences, finding yourself then getting lost but never really getting lost. I believe in beautiful souls.
