I’m a Dutch-Iranian hypnotherapist and artist with a deep love for nature, community, and creative living.
After years of running my own business, I left city life to follow my heart , to live simply, close to the earth, and surrounded by kind people.
I studied Graphic Design and Hospitality, and I’ve worked in hotel reception, so I’m used to communicating with all kinds of people. Still, I prefer quiet environments and spending time with those I truly connect with.
My days begin with somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and sometimes Sufi dance or a walk in nature.
I also enjoy playing the Daf and exploring new creative practices that connect body, mind, and soul.
Sleeping in a tent or spending time outdoors feels natural to me , I often use my connection with the earth as part of my healing process.
