Hi,

I'm a young adult from Finland who's always looking for the next adventure, never settling in one place for too long.

I love travelling and learning about new cultures and languages. I'm very open minded and spontaneous, nothing is better than a short notice road trip or a random adventure 🤗

I love meeting like-minded people from all over the world, the people I meet in hostels and while travelling are usually the best kind of company there is! This is one of the things I miss the most, the chill vibe and interesting conversations with everyone.

I'm more of a practical girl and I like to do stuff outdoors and I don't mind getting my hands dirty! I'm a fast learner and hard working and I'm not afraid of challenges.

My favorite hobbies nowadays are surfing, snowboarding and photographing. I also like artsy stuff even though I might not be the best at it. I love discovering new things to try and I can be a bit of a dare devil at times. I love animals and the nature which makes my dream travel destinations to be countryside(ish), national parks and small towns.

The reason I want to do volunteer work during my travels is to get a real look into the local life in the place I'm staying at. I prefer staying longer periods (1-3 months or more) in one place to get a good idea of what it is to live there. Also while working it is easier to make new friends with the hosts, guests and other travelers!

Quais são suas habilidades?

I'm a fast learner so I'm ready for anything.
I've worked jobs where I was required to do tasks from cooking, serving, checking in (and all this at the same time while working alone), to helping with tours and overall problems of the guests. So I'm sure I can manage most of the tasks thrown my way. I've also gotten good feedback from my previous employers about my problem solving skills and attention to detail.

I have quite a versatile work experience. I've worked in hostels and camp sites, I worked at a skiing resort (ticket sales, rentals and ski shop) for three winter seasons and then some, also worked in a zoo and a dairy farm (so physical labour isn't a problem). I have some experience also from sales and cleaning services as well as some social media.

I studied photography so i'd be happy to offer these skill to hosts as well.
