Hi there,

I am Johanna from Germany, 35 years old - I like to work as a cowgirl/cowboy for the rest of my life! I love working outdoors, riding horses and pushing cows.
So I am looking for work on a cattle ranch that really works with horses (almost) every day.

I like really to be part of a ranch / member of the ranch family for my stay, helping with everything else on a ranch,too: maintenance, fencing, cooking, feeding other animals...

About me:
After being a project manager in Europe, I started to work in agriculture four years ago and found my passion there. I love to be outdoors in every weather, I prefer nature to fancy houses and digging in the dirt to working in an office.
And of course, I love travelling, getting to know other cultures, new people and make friends all over the world :-)

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am a hard-working, easy-going young woman with lots of experience
- riding western style (but want to get a lot more experience) and handling horses
- cattle (moving, calving, pushing, treating)
- with milk cows and making cheese
- vegetables
- fruit trees (planting, pruning, harvesting, processing)
- ranch maintenance, mulching, some experience with farm machines, chainsaw
- fast problem solving in remote areas and for any type of problem.
- a bit experience with horses, dogs, goats, sheep...

I come from being a general manager of an organic association, so I can help with every office stuff, marketing, social media etc., if needed.

As a full team player, I am a happy person, making every place where I work and life a little bit brighter (hopefully 😉). Additionally, I am a really hands-on person who likes to get the work done and to help to the farm succes.
