Hello there,
my name is Elias and I am a 20-year-old tourist from Bavaria (Germany).
I am planning a one year work & travel trip through Canada from July 2026 to ~July 2027.

About me:
I finished my apprenticeship as a carpenter in June 2025 back in Germany and was working in this profession until the end of May 2026.
In my spare time my main interests are activities out in the nature, like hiking, trekking, canoeing, etc.
Outside of my job I have been volunteering as a very active member in the federal agency for technical relief since 2015.
My Friends describe me as: competent, handy, independent, reliable, clever, cooperative & honest ツ

And what about work?
I enjoy acquiring new skills & getting to know new people.
Also I love helping these people with my current skills & knowledge.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I finished my apperenticeship as a carpenter in July 2025 & was working in this profession until May 2026.
During this time I was mainly building and repairing furniture, especially kitchens and cabinets, but also tables and stools made of solid wood.

Outside of my job I have been volunteering as a very active member of the federal agency for technical relief since 2015.
So I am also quite handy with any technical equipment.

I am interested in farm work, woodworking, forestry, light maintenance work, so pretty much anything that has to do with craftsmanship.
Also I do have a bit of experience with childcare/teaching due to my membership in the youth programm of the federal agency for technical relief. (Since 2015 as a child myself, and since 2023 as a youth instructor)

-Forklift license
-ILS junior lifesaving
-Self-contained breathing apparatus training
-intermidate first aid course
