Hi!! My name is Dylan, I'm 21 years old, and given the opportunity, I want to learn as much as I can about the world around me.

Through recent years, I've discovered the absolute joy that experiencing new ways of life brings me. I've found I love throwing myself into a new world, and simply existing. The feeling of childlike whimsy I get from listening and learning in a given environment is something that gives my life meaning.

There is a lot in life that I enjoy, some of which includes: cycling (from mountain biking, commuting, and group rides), live music, dancing, playing my bass guitar, photography, hammocking, cloud-watching, camping, and experiencing life with those close to me.

Wherever my life takes me, my goal is to experience it truthfully and authentically. Oftentimes, this leads me directly to my life motto: to seek discomfort.

I can fix bikes and cars and very frequently do the work myself, I consider myself proficient in outdoor living and survival, I work on various projects around the house, and can lay down a mean rhythm.

My stay with Mika was amazing!! I stayed for a week, and him and I had an instant connection. It was so fun to build on that whilst also learning more about his life and beliefs. We shared some delicious meals, had really good conversation, and he even showed me to an absolutely incredible nightclub. Definitely an unforgettable night.

Things were a bit rocky at the start, but over the week it definitely improved. He is communicative, respectful and trustworthy. It is paramount for the host to have all information upfront so that expectations are clear and remain so.

Marianne is a nice woman, but I cannot recommend that you stay with her as a Workawayer. I stayed for one week and will not be revisiting.

Her profile failed to mention MANY of the (lack of) accommodations that I thought I would have when arriving. It pretty much felt like camping.
