Hi! Nice to meet you.

We're Lujzi and Bálint, an adventurous couple living in a big city in Hungary (Budapest) seeking an escape to nature where we can do something meaningful with our lives. Looking forward to meeting people with different mindsets and backgrounds, getting first-hand experience on local cultures all over the world and being able to share part of our knowledge in return.

We both grew up in the countryside and inherited an interest in agriculture from our grandparents. Working on the fields, tending to plants and animals makes us feel at home.

Lujzi:
I used to be a preschool English teacher before graduating from medical school, specifically, dentistry. I'm a licensed medical doctor and have been a practicing dentist for over 3 years. After 10 years of ballroom dancing, in 2018, I found my way to yoga and spirituality, and graduated from a Yoga Teacher Training focusing on Fascial Flow yoga, 200h YTT, in 2021. I have 4 years of experience managing social media & marketing for my yoga classes. As a writer, I published a novel 2015, a skillset which extends to my social media abilities.

Art is an extremely important part of my daily life. Composing the free flow of thoughts into form through dancing, sketching up ideas or playing the guitar always finds me in good company. I have a bit of experience managing art projects, painting murals and brainstorming creative ways to boost marketing strategies.

My workaway experience started with housekeeping and catering in a remote bay of Malaysia, after which I participated in the fertilization and weeding processes of a durian farm near Tabanan, Bali. Also, I had the pleasure of hosting fascial flow yoga classes at a high-end resort by Lake Toba for the whole month of February, 2024, where I was able to help local workers improve their level of professional and conversational English whilst living together with their respective families in rural villages of North Sumatra.

Bálint:
I've graduated medical school in 2019, ever since I've been working as a licensed pharmacist in Budapest. During the university years I worked as an extra in movies to be able to see behind the curtain and meet people from all over the world.

Art, travel and communities always played an important role in my life. Through playing the tuba for almost 14 years now I had the opportunity to be part of various orchestras and perform around Europe. Moving to Budapest made it harder to play the instrument, so my focus shifted to the process of producing electronic music, on which I took an advanced course in 2023.
I 've found a deeper connection to myself recently, after becoming part of the spiritual and psychedelic community that surrounds the genre of techno and goa music.

Complementing my creative self, I discovered bouldering/rock climbing and delved myself in the physical aspects of yoga. I also actively practiced Hungarian folk dancing for 5 years, which plays an important role in the preservation of our culture.


We're all about experiencing, connecting with people and nature on a spiritual level, and trying out new things. For us, the depth of an experience defines it's quality and we love to get lost in the small details of daily life when immersing ourselves in an unfamiliar culture. Having the sun above our head, soil under our feet, and the smell of the sea in our lungs, that's where you'll find us dancing.
