I'm from Bath, a small city in England, and I love exploring our world, whether I'm kayaking on my local River Avon, hiking in a national park or wandering around a city that is new to me. I'm a passionate advocate of social and environmental justice, and I have volunteering experience of teaching children sport in schools and working on an organic farm. Working alongside people and getting to know them is my favourite way of learning, and I love reading and discussing literature. I also enjoy cooking, and I like to stay active by playing football and tennis and cycling around my city. Since I finished school in 2025 I have been working in a pub, saving money for an adventure in Guetamala, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. On this journey I hope to learn from the people I meet, about their lives, about cultures mostly unknown to me, about different ways of living, and fundamentally I hope for a joyful experience.
