I've bought, renovated, and rented out multiple houses, largely on my own, most of which I still own and manage.
TESL certified, though it's been a long time since I got that cert.
Certified yoga teacher, been doing yoga and meditation since 1995 and 1997, respectively.
Lots of experience doing gardening, landscaping, property maintenance.
Professional musician, been playing drums for 40 years, played professionally for 15 years travelling the world on cruise ships, 10 of those were as Music Director.

Daily yoga and meditation, been doing both for decades, teach both as well.

Spent about 10 days in the jungle at Misael's place, had an amazing time working on the buildings, mostly painting, plus working in and learning about life in the jungle.
Cool host, friendly family, a great excursion to a swimming hole, some traditional food and drink, highly recommend.
Plan to go back again soon, love life in the Amazon.

I spent four weeks on the farm, a very peaceful, relaxing sanctuary away from civilization, such as it is. Did different things here, repaired a fence on day one, installed an electric fence, plus picked coffee, herded, housed and fed the sheep and chickens a couple times each week as well.
