My work is at the intersections of organic farming and sustainable culinary experiences. These passions have come together from my seasons of work on organic farms across North America and through my travels around the world. The culinary aspect is a new focus as I recently completed three months of training in Europe and am now working at a plant based restaurant. As I continue to distill my enthusiasm of these themes, the connections I form in my travels continue to strengthen my ability to contribute to the communities that I presently call home.
