My name is Paolo and I come from Sardinia in Italy. I love adventure, nature, and getting to know new places and cultures. I enjoy working outdoor and with animals, and I am open to new challenges and learning new things. This is my first big adventure in North America, but I am not new to the Workaway program, as the company I worked for in the past offered and still offers hospitality.

I have almost always worked in agriculture, from small gardens to large plots of fruit, vegetables, olive trees, and vineyards. I know various cultivation techniques, both manual and mechanical, and I have also worked with livestock, especially chicks, which I have worked with for ten years from the arrival of the eggs until they hatch. I have experience in carpentry and metalworking, as well as in the maintenance of certain machinery and buildings in general.

We put up netting, harvest grapes, hauled rock, cleaned up an over grown garden, moved furniture in and out of buildings
