Hi everyone🌻

My name is Babette, and I’m 25 years old.
After finishing my degree in psychomotor therapy in the mental health care, I left Belgium in the beginning of March 2022. Now, I'm enjoying the freedom of chasing my dreams and discovering beautiful places around the world.

I like to be outdoors, from the mountains, forests and close to rivers, to the ocean waves and beaches.
I feel easy at home in off-grid locations, sustainable and community living.
Besides, I’m a big animal lover so enjoy being surrounded with dogs, cats, chickens,... any animal really :)

My biggest passions are cooking, yoga and nature. In my free time I like to devote myself to drawing and painting, expressive writing, reading books, meditating, surfing, hiking, exploring new places, catching up with friends, and having either chitchats or more deep conversations.

I can offer my cooking skills, share yoga practices, help out in hospitality, make wall art, work in bars and restaurants, take care of animals and do household tasks, do some farming work, gardening tasks or general maintenance. I also helped building up festivals in nature. And I'm always open and curious to try out new things. :)

Quais são suas habilidades?

I enjoy cooking delicious vegetarian dishes for my family and friends. As a student job, I worked for 5 years every weekend in an Italian restaurant as cooking staff, which I loved a lot! Besides, I cooked and helped organizing dinner evenings/pizza nights for a few people, up to groups of 25, in different workaway places and communities. Always with a lot of enthusiasm :) everything related to preparing and serving food and drinks appeals to me!

I got my yoga teacher training of 200h in India, and teached yoga for two months in Sri Lanka in surf&yoga retreats (mainly Vinyasa, slow flow, power yoga, and Hatha). I deeply love sharing this passion with the people around me, and diving into these powerful moments together.

I can take care of animals, do household tasks, help in hospitality, and can enjoy some gardening from time to time. I already worked in different guesthouse and surfhostels before, and helped with building up festivals in nature.

In terms of creativity, I enjoy making wall paintings, sign boards, macramé, wall hangings,... a lot that comes with decorating, and making a place look beautiful.

I'm an open-minded, social and flexible person with a lot of empathy, and feel comfortable around other people. And I'm not scared of learning and experiencing new things :)
