Quais são suas habilidades?

I am a social worker with practical experience working in a shelter for young women. Working in a trauma-sensitive way is very important to me. I am patient, reliable and enjoy supporting children and young adults.
I am aswell a advanced certified scuba diver, well organized and I like to actively involve myself in projects. Pervious volunteering jobs also showed me, that I am good with people, children, happy to support in any way needed and I am able to see what needs to be done.

As I was a student, I worked as a waitress on a hut, as an assistant in a sport shop and as a ski instructor during winter season. Through these jobs, I learned how to deal with stress in a healthy way. Furthermore, I am a reflective person, I adapt easily to new situations and I am eager to learn new things.

I am an nature-oriented person and love to spend time outdoors, especially hiking mountains and doing backcountry skiing in winter. I enjoy being physically active and regularly play volleyball, go running, learn how to windsurf or surf and practice yoga. In addition, I love to reading and educating myself with podcasts.
