Hi,
I´m Alex and most of all I really love animals and nature. I´m an art history teacher at high school and I also worked at a gallery for 8 years. In my free time I like being with horses – to take care of them, enjoy working with them in horsemanship´s way. All the time I learn something new from them. They are magnificent creatures with deep soul.
I like hiking and backpacking – especially wild mountains attracts me. I´m open, talkative and helpful. I´m a team player. I like when people laugh. I like singing, painting. I´m interested in various art crafts – I prefer to create a thing than to buy it. I like travelling (visited France, Spain and Italy several times) to know other cultures and landscapes. I prefer countryside to cities, but on the other hand I like visiting museums and galleries, sitting in café and reading book… I speak English, Italian and Czech. I´m keen on fantasy and biographies. I relax watching adventure and action movies.
My dream is to experience daily life at ranch. To know people, who are connected with their piece of land and love their work.
I can help with anything – I like learning new things, helping. I like doing all kinds of farm work that woman is able to do (I´m not a boxing champion in a heavy weight :)) and to look after any animals. I´m used to doing work like gardening, helping with repairs, firewood cutting, carpentry, riding tractor …
In my spare time I regularly work at stable. I have been working with horses for ten years. I´m experienced with abused horses. I think that I´m very good that I can feel the horse – to know what is hidden inside him, to know his emotions. Also I´m interested in hoof care – I did some basic training to better know the problematic.
I have never visited The United States. That is great for me, because I´m a teacher and I like teaching, but I feel that I can´t stay all the time “closed” only in the school. I think that the new challenging life experience is very inspirational.
I have always admired people that take their backpack, sit on the plane and flight where they like. I found the courage to do it too. I hope I will find great people to stay to share wonderful time with.
