Descrição

Hello, we are Ági (23 years old) and Áron (23 years old). I, Ági recently finished my BA degree in theatre studies and I have another BA degree in psychology. I, Áron finished my BA degree in performing arts. We decided to take a year off before starting our master's studies, in order to experience, see the world, get to know other cultures and people, learn a new language. We love foreign languages, we are currently fluent in Hungarian, Romanian, English and we speak Spanish at a beginner level.
I, Ági enjoy sports, in the last year I started doing yoga and different aerobics classes. I played volleyball for quite a few years, so it's still a favourite.
I, Áron like music, I play the violin and the bass guitar, and a little bit of piano. I love cooking and experimenting and learning new recipes. I also like crafting and DIY projects.
We are open-minded, hard-working, playful people who like to push their own limits. After all, how else would we know what we're capable of? That's why we are here now and very excited to start this new chapter in our life.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Ági:
I have a BA degree in psychology and theatre studies. I would like to find a way in the future to combine these two fields. I found that psychodrama is a place in between, so I practiced the method next to a professional for one and a half years. It were children groups, so I am used to working with children. During university I worked in the theatre and opera cafe as a bartender. I have a little experience in teaching, because I was an English teacher in a kids summer camp. I also learned some skills from the theatre, I had the chance to experience different parts of it, such as the directors' assistant, or a little bit of light design, creative writing, but performing as well. I also had a project management class and pr and communication for two years at my theatre studies degree, so I have some knowledge in that as well (for example thinking of creative ways to build a pr campaign for a cultural project).
Áron:
I have a BA degree in acting and performing arts. My main goal in the future is to use theater not just as an artistic practice, but as a tool to develop communities and help people trough it, and to bring culture closer to everybody, especially those who are isolated from this.
Since I finished my studies I've volunteered and worked at different independent theaters in my city, where I developed my skills as a technician also, I know how to operate light and sound consoles, I have some skills in light design and also in video and sound editing. For four months I worked as a news editor/anchor at a local radio station and I also worked as a part time bartender. In the past year I worked with teens as well, I ran a drama workshop with a friend and colleague.
Together:
We have some experience in hospitality, because for two and a half month we worked as a hotel entertainer in Menorca, Spain. On the other hand, during every summer break we went to different types of volunteering project, where we could learn other skills, such as building dog houses for a local shelter (this was in Greece), or building a barn for goats and taking care of the animals, helping around the farm in an animal sanctuary in Italy, or making a musical theatre performance with horses in Sweden, together with people with special needs and children.
Our mother tongue is Hungarian (but we were born and raised in Romania, we are part of the Hungarian minority here). We speak Romanian and English fluently, and basic Spanish at the moment. We have been taking Spanish classes for more than a year now, and we wish too improve and learn more. We are very keen and open for new experiences as well, we love sports, hiking and nature too, and are very curious about almost everything. :)
