Hi everybody
I am Tim, 18 years old and I come from Germany. After I have finished high school, I came straight to the east coast of Canada and it's been great so far. Now I'd like to travel further west and I am looking forward to discovering new places. I like being outdoors in nature, hiking and skiing.

I had some Spanish in school but I lack a bit of practise with a native speaker so I'd like to revise and improve it. Since I love Italy and often go there on vacation, I have been learning Italian on Duolingo for some time, but I would like to learn more about the grammar.

Quais são suas habilidades?
In addition to highschool, I helped a lot on building sites and cleared out apartments. As a result of this and my father's work as a carpenter, I have some manual skills. I have also gained experience in working on cars and motorcycles through an internship at Mercedes and my own bike.
In Canada I was able to further develop my carpentry skills as I helped a carpenter on a building site, for example with installing siding on a house and waterproofing the roof. I also did a lot of landscaping there. I also built two decks and their frames with my travel buddy, with assistance and instruction of course.
During a previous workaway, I also did some painting and drywall repair.

Tim was a fantastic help around the house... taking care of the garden, helping with construction, cooking, cleaning, taking the little one to the park. Time was always respectful and pleasant. He is curious and adventurous with a good heart. We wish him the best for his future adventures and would welcome him back anytime!
