  We are a 13-acre organic, permaculture farm. This is a family owned farm in a small picture-perfect village about 3 hours from the city of Chennai in south of India. We run a Farmstay for people to stay and experience the beauty of village and farm life. We have built a comfortable, compact space in the middle of the farm, surrounded by rich greenery, for workawayers to stay. We have lots of farm animals and you will love interacting with them.

  You get to stay in a remote village with lovely people. Its a wonderful way to experience rural life in the interior of Tamilnadu. It's a good way to savor the local cuisine and experience local village culture. Since the farm is located in a quiet place away from all the hustle and bustle of city life, its a good place to unplug and recharge.

  Ajuda

  We need help in the following areas. If your interest matches any of these areas, please ping us and we would love to discuss possibilities of we can mutually benefit.
  
  1) We require help in designing and building a tropical forest inside the farm. This will be located next to the event space.
  
  2) We require help in designing and creating a herb garden with different types of herbs.
  
  3) We require help in bee-keeping. We plan to set up 20 bee boxes around the farm.
  
  4) We need help with design for a dining and event space. This will be home to the workshops that we regularly conduct. If you are interested in architecture, this would be a good fit.
  
  5) We require help in documenting all the trees and plants at our farm.
  
  6) We require help in creating a documentation and process to help other volunteers have a very useful, productive and enjoyable time at the farm.
  
  7) We require help in setting up a vegetable garden. Especially in setting up a rotational garden so that we have vegetables tear around.
  
  8) We need help with creating Instagram Reels and video production. If you are passionate about shooting creative videos, this would be a good match.

  You will be staying in a beautiful room in the middle of the farm. You will have great views of the greenery. Your neighbours will be ducks and turkeys and they are awesome to have around. The natural pool I just a minute's walk from the room. Great for taking a refreshing dip. We prepare delicious vegetarian, homemade food from vegetables and greens grown at the farm.

  The evenings are a wonderful time at the farm. At nights, you can actually see the stars something we don't get to see in the cities. There are nice temples nearby. There's event a 8th century fort about half hour drive from the farm. You also have the beautiful city of Pondicherry which is about an hour's drive from the farm.

  Farm is primed for digital nomads. The farm has good WiFi connectivity. There are very nice places, both indoors and outdoors, to work on your projects. I'm a digital nomads myself and I understand the needs of other digital nomads.
