  A few meters from Playa Grande, 2.5 km from the bus terminal, 2 km from the town center, 700 meters from the supermarket, and two kilometers from the beach of Santa Teresa National Park.
  
  It's a complex of wooden geodesic domes in the middle of nature, meters from the sea and far from the center. Rooms for two people, private bathrooms, wifi, personalized breakfast, terrace overlooking the sea, bar service and grill. Warm, rustic, calm and ecological. The entire electrical and water system is solar and self-sustaining

  Here you can learn about renewable energy and bioconstruction. Surely you can participate with our social life and ways of living. To live very near the sea gives volunteers a clear idea about Uruguaian life and culture.
  
  Aqui puedes aprender sobre energía renovable y bioconstrucción. Seguramente puedes participar con nuestra vida social y nuestros modales. Vivir muy cerca del mar les da a los voluntarios una idea clara sobre la vida y la cultura uruguaya.

  Ajuda

  This is an eco-tourism project. The entire place works on solar energy and extracts water from 75m below the complex.
  
  
  WOODWORKING: We built a majority of the buildings, the tables, and the chairs and we'd like someone to help us with building new furniture along with maintaining what we currently have. We have a woodworking area right on the complex. You can spend part of the day creating and the other part at the beach or exploring the local area.
  
  
  We also need your help to maintain this beautiful place, sometimes helping with the guests, sometimes with gardening, sometimes with general maintenance of the complex.

  Volunteers will sleep in tents inside the complex. Food and the use of the space will be available, and all the Atlantic sea to enjoy. We also have space for tents available on the premises.

  Santa Theresa National Park is a 15 minute drive away. They have all sorts of animals (including Capybaras) and more beautiful beaches to explore. The adorable town of Punta del Diablo is a 15 minute walk away as well. If you want, you can walk along the beach to get to the town as well.
