  We are a Dutch family living close to Aljezur near the beautiful west coast of the Algarve. This area is famous because of it’s nice beaches and world class surfing and hicking. Our place is a popular place to meet travellers from all over the world... We live totally off grid with approximately 10 workawayers. We live totally off grid in the middle of nowhere but only just 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes away from town. BWe have 2 lovely kids aged 1 and 3, as well as two friendly dogs.
  
  Everybody lives in their own vans or in one of our simple but cosy bungalow tents with the best views ever. We have a communal area, shower and washing machine available and provide food and accommodation. We provide a nice environment but we don't want people to smoke weed or use drugs on our property.
  
  In the morning we work hard untill lunch and after that it's private time and perfect to wind down, go surfing, climbing, hicking or do whatever you like to do. We are looking for experienced people who have in the fields of labour, gardening and construction. With this help we can slowly build our property into a dream place in nature, all in a nice, pleasant social environment.
  
  We travelled to 42 countries and have lived in Australia for almost 4 years. We know how a great host can be the difference on your journey and we want to give that nice experience back. We look for independent, open minded, enthusiastic people who can develop their own little projects on our property and willing to help us out for 5 hours a day. We only except people who are willing to stay for a longer period of time.
  
  We live down a dirt track, but there is always someone going somewhere and on occasion we go to Marmelete or Aljezur for shopping. Every Friday you can join the pizza party (festival) close to Marmelete. On Saturday we always go shopping on the local market and drink a coffee at a nice place where a lot of people meet each other.

  We always aim to share the knowledge and experience we have acquired. Share our different way of living, which you can be a part of talk about with us. How it is to travel, live off grid and so many other things... We live in nature, surrounded by beautiful wilderness. Here you can wake up with the bird singing and fall asleep with owls

  We are looking for enthusiastic, independent hard working passionate nature lovers. We need help cleaning the property, cut wood, and help gardening and carpeting.

  The moment accommodation is basic but very beautiful! We have 4 to 5 persons tents on various locations on our property and plenty of really lovely spots for you to pitch your own tent or park your own van. We have a good internet access.
