  Hello! I'm Rafaela, eldest daughter of a family living in the rural are of Embu das Artes, a city next to São Paulo.
  I'm starting now with the occasional help of family and friends a social project with permaculture, trying to implement it in my nighbourhood and experimenting. There is a big plot of land owned by us that hasn't been touched in 20 years and we're preparing it for farming.
  
  Sometimes I have to work the whole day, so you need to be able to work alone independently and finish tasks for yourself.
  
  I am now looking for:
  -Someone who is very physically fit and use to hard work to help with the garden, digging and moving earth aroud
  -Someone who is good with painting for the decoration of my house walls
  -Someone who speaks german fluently, can help me improve my german and can help me setting up a tour route in germna in my vcity
  - Someone who is good with writing and detailing projects to support on writing for grant funds.
  
  I'm president of a social organisation in my neighbourhood.
  We aim to improve the infrastructure of the neighbourhood, give educational courses like English, musical instruments, capoeira and other sports and spread political education.
  My neighbourhood is not the richest and quite ignored by the municipal government so would be good to give an aid on the education of the surroundings.
  You can help in:
  -English classes, I will give the classes and you can support me by participating in the games and talking with the students.
  -Social media management of the English part of the page, if you have experience with that
  -if you are good in writing, storytelling or videomaking help us improve our portfolio and material to find funding
  -Help on the maintanance of the organisation and of my house we are still refurbishing it
  -If you have a different project or event you would like to organise with us for the community that would be great also, but would demand that you stay for longer.,like minimum 1 month
  
  
  I was in Austria for 4 months and have a german passport due to my german grandfather, would be good to practice german as well if you're fluent.
  
  I have one dog who's very friendly and my parents live next door and have three dogs, all female.
  With us you would work with farming, bio construction, ocasional visits to the social project where we teach english and general help around the house.
  We are a very brazilian family, very welcoming just like the rest of the neighbourhood who will be really excited to meet someone from abroad.
  
  I am vegetarian and don't buy meat but you're welcome to buy some for yourself in the nearby market.

  You will meet a real brazillian neighbourhood, some people live quite a humble life but are all very friendly and eager to help you have the best time in Brazil. We have a pool, five dogs and there is a waterfall by 40 minutes walking and a huge forest reserve 30 minutes walking.
  
  We can give you a ride to Embu or Cotia's city center depending on our schedule, each with their interesting attractions and from there you can take a bus to São Paulo that takes 40 minutes. There's also a bus stop 2km away from home where you can get a bus to Embu's city center.
  
  Embu has a famous craft fair on sundays (one of the biggest of the country) and many artists that are always working during the week, a bee park (cidade das abelhas) and african-brazilian religion temple.
  
  Cotia has 2 buddhist temples and a big waterfall.
  
  You can learn about farming in Brazil, bio construction and really immerse yourself in the brazillian culture.

  Ajuda

  Help with activities in the social organisation I'm the president of. You can help with social media, writing for our portfolio, with the classes we plan to give like english, sports, musical instruments. We have monthly events so you would help with organising and setting them up and if you have ideas or knowledge you would like to share in a workshop for the community that would be great, but would demand that you stay with us minimum 1 month to plan everything.
  
  I'm refurbishing my loft trying to use mainly bioconstruction, so we would do some experimentation with that and see wich style of bio constructio would work the best.
  
  I have a big garden and try my best to have a variety of cultures using permaculture, so would be great to have your help on that.
  
  Some general help around the house is also needed, help with the english social project (where you will just need to talk to the kids in english and engage games and activities.)
  
  Once a week me and my mom visit a nursery home nearby where we play bingo and Uno with the old ladies, you would be asked to join us for 2 hours if you haven't completed the hours of you day (also if you feel comfortable with going there)
  
  Practicing german and help me set up a german tour in my city

  You will be staying in my loft. It's not big but very comfy and with a huge garden.
  
  You will have a shared room with other volunteers, if there are any, shared bathroom, possibility of camping if you want. Three meals a day and occasional snacks included.
  We hav Wi Fi, laundry.
