I was supposed to stay there two weeks, but I only stay there for five days. I arrived there on Monday evening and left on Saturday morning.
The reason is her son is sick. She gave me kr. 250 and said "My son is sick l. I think you should leave. It's better" You can use the money to stay in hostel and find another place.

… read more was 4 pm and you want me to figure out everything by few hours. I was lucky my next workaway host aggreed I could get there on Monday.
I was there because I planned to join my friend birthday party. As I decided to leave Copenhagen, I wouldn't attend the party anymore as well as I paid the hostel which couldn't be canceled. I want her to pay my lost. We had a long argument. Eventually, she paid it, but she also shouted at me.
These are the sentences literally from her mouth.
"We don't sign the contract. No one force you to stay here. You can leave whenever you want"
"As you decided the way to travel, you have to take a risk."
"I gave you two days to find a new place and you didn't even try it." What about if I leave and I find nothing.
In my the other host, both sides of us aggreed to change the schedule. However, here, she wants you to leave without you agreement. That's awful.
Accommodation is awful. I only slept on a small sofa which I almost fell down twice. I'm so curious why there is no one mentioned that. During sleeping, the door and floor made so much noise. I have to say I didn't sleep well at all in her place.
Btw, she likes to ask me a lot of questions. At the beginning, I thought this is Danish way to be friendly. However, eventhing I told her became the weapon she attacked me. And I had to explained and explained. She is the one want me to leave. Why I have to face all this stupid situation? And her son is already 16. The day before he could eat popcorn and ice-cream. Then the next day she wants me to leave...
Anyway, people said Denmark is a trusted country. Thanks her I saw different sights of Denmark.Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Trine's home is charming, well located, and quite welcoming. She's an absolutely wonderful and thoughtful cook, and she puts heavy importance on her Workawayer's travels and experiences, making sure that they are able to explore and experience lots while they stay with her. I also enjoyed the flexibility I experienced while staying with Trine.

The tasks were easy and enjoyable--I deep cleaned and organized her kitchen and pruned, weeded, raked, and cultivated the garden, and was highly praised for my help, too, which was so nice to know my efforts were appreciated.
The only consideration to this stay is that Trine has a teenaged son who is a prolific gamer, and his room and the Workawayer's room are side-by-side, which means you'll definitely hear him gaming (lots of excited noises and shouts) well into the night and sometimes the early morning. But he is a kind and shy kid. :)Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

what can I say.. I wrote her in the middle of the night on my way to Sweden just a week before I wanted to stay in Koebenhavn (Copenhagen) and she replied early in the morning! we just sent each other five messages and I could come..! overall the communication was superb!!
I'm a young german who just finished school and I wanted so see some
… read more different places in Europe. so Koebenhavn was one choice and my stay was amazing!!! Trine and her son were so lovely and not only gave me a room for a few days but also an experience that I felt a bit at home..
they live in the suburbs from Copenhagen but the public transportation in Denmark is amazing so you just need about half an hour to the city!
My work was gardening, so like cutting trees, bushes.. and a bit other stuff. But Trine didn't expected too much at all!! so I think if you work fast and properly you'll have a lot of time to explore the town! And I cooked for them once one of my favorite meals and I think she appreciates that, so I think it would be nice if you would do that as well.. :)) Have a nice stay there, treat them with respect and be courteous and you'll have one of your best workaway experiences!!! thanks for everything! ❤️Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

My workaway journey started right from Trine's house. I stayed there for about a week and spent quality time together. I was able to acquire hands-on experience in Danish culture and their lifestyle. Candles not bright light, arts in the house, no clock... it was so much fun to find out something fascinating and different filled in everyday life.
… read more I did enjoy the stay and of course rich nature surrounded around the house.
My work was mainly gardening of cutting/trimming trees & tidying up outside and organising/sorting out shed and pantry. On my free time (weekend and after the work), I had a chance to go to Copenhagen for several times and was able to go visit some art museums. Trine listed up many recommendations for art museum as I write it on my bio.
Trying out Danish meatball for the first time and having Japanese sushi meals together was also very enjoyable! I really enjoyed the time and this stay definitely was again good start for me. Thank you so much Trine and Elias for letting me stay with you and share the time together!Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Hey ! What a nice stay I had at Trine's place.
I'm happy to have meet her. She was really nice with me, and fed me with real good meal.

I stayed here for 10 days.Even though it was still corona time, Trine accepted me to stay.I really appreciate it.
Trine told me what should I do for work specifically.
Actually, I did gardening/taking care of cat/cleaning/making dinner.
While I was staying here, Trine always cared my condition and she suggested me many good places in

I really appreciate her kindness and hospitality.
Also I really enjoyed conversation with Trine and Elias!
We shared cultural differences between Denmark and Japan.
I'm really happy that they are interested in Japan.
Elias is really friendly.
We played card games and table tennis together.
I enjoyed the time with him!
My English is not good but he always tried to understand what I wanted to say.
I really enjoyed staying here and it was comfortable for me.Thanks to Trine and Elias, I had good experiences in Denmark and I felt like knowing more Denish culture.

For my first workaway I think I couldn't have had a better experience. Trine and Elias were so sweet and welcoming since day one, and I felt very comfortable sharing with them during the two weeks I stayed there. Right now I feel like they went by so fast!
I tried some Danish sweets and ate very delicious food for dinner every day; Trine always
… read more made sure I was eating well and a lot! She was also very helpful with me as I was trying to look for jobs.
I loved working on the projects I was assigned such as painting and a bit of gardening, aside from some cleaning which I also enjoyed. Trine gave me all the instructions and instruments needed so it was very easy to work in the garden.
My room was cozy, the living room as well, the days were so pretty that we spent some time in the garden, and I went for walks a lot. There are very beautiful green areas nearby and the S station is just a short walk away from home so that was awesome.
I was very happy to be there overall, I enjoyed the experience and to learn more about the culture and about this little family that I absolutely adored. Also Louis was too cute!
I left and already want to go back, it was truly an amazing experience I'd love to repeat. So thank you for everything, hopefully we'll see each other soon. And in a year or so if you ever go to Chile then you can also contact me for a tour through Valparaíso, I'd love to!

The house is very clean and so fashionable with cool danish furnitures.( I positive everybody can feel “hygge”.) I could stay private and very comfort room. The house a little far from the station and supermarket, but Trine let me borrow her bike so it's no problem! And I had good dinner evepyday, and they baked some danish sweets too :).
My job was so small and not hard. I cooked some meal, cleaned house, helped gardening,,, that’s all! I had enough free time and enjoyed playing with Elias and walking in the nature everyday. In the weekend, Trine took me Copenhagen and I really appreciate it too.
It was unforgettable days for me. I couldn't give back to you so I'll really wait for you two in Japan! 1000Tak and love you.Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.
