  Hello,
  
  My name is Alexandre. I am living in a small village in the north of Portugal close to the border with Galicia.
  
  I decided to move here 4 years ago for the quality of life, No traffic jam, no industries , just nature
  
  My aim is to grow vegetables and sell them at the local weekly market.
  
  I love to meet new people and make friends, I volunteer in South America and other countries before to come in Portugal.
  
  I started to plant fruit trees and make Hügelkultur

  I like to show the spots around to the volunteers for swimming, biking and hiking
  
  The village is very quite, only 60 persons are living here, there is a café but there is no supermarket
  
  Porto is the closest city you can reach eather by train or bus only 0.50 minutes
  
  In Vila Nova de Cerveira, you have a swimming pool, supermarket, arts events in summer, and festivals

  I need help to make the Hügelkultur, collect rotten branches,leaves, cut grass and
  dig tranches
  
  I need help to water the existing plants, clean invasive weeds around the crops and plant new seeds.
  
  I want to do a nature plaster for the inside wall of my stone house, I need help to do the mixture and put it.

  Acomodação

  I have 3 Tents with mattress and a common space for cooking
  
  I have 1 bedroom in the house
  
  An indoor bathroom to share by the volunteers with hot shower.
  
  For eating, I provide 3 meals per day, I buy the food so your are completely independent to make our own dishes
  
  I like to eat together for lunch but feel free to decide
  
  It is important to tell me if you have specific diet there is no problem, just let me know
  
  In exchange of 3.5 hours of work for 5 days per week ,you can eat home on your free days
