In Croatia 2 old houses that now are one, in the middle of the island in a very quiet area, on a mountain in the forest. The project went on for over 20 years and there are still a lot of things to be finished . Due to personal circumstances I now need help. If someone wants to get out of their usual environment, a roof over their heads and a good place where you can sleep well. A few hours of physical work a day, otherwise enjoying the peace and quiet of this area. Peace and freedom on a beautiful island with 1000 faces.
Important : The work is very heavy .The stones are, the wood and the land is (clay) gardening means " Weeding blackberries and prickly bushes and cutting down trees".
In Kroatien 2 alte Häuser, die jetzt eins sind, mitten auf der Insel in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend auf einem Berg im Wald. Das Projekt dauerte über 20 Jahre und es ist immernoch viel zu tun. Aufgrund persönlicher Umstände brauche ich jetzt Hilfe. Ein guter Platz wenn jemand die gewohnte Umgebung verlassen möchte, ein Dach über dem Kopf und einen guten Ort, an dem man gut schlafen kann braucht. Ein paar Stunden körperliche Arbeit am Tag, um dann die Ruhe dieser Gegend zu genießen. Frieden und Freiheit auf einer wunderschönen Insel mit 1000 Gesichtern.
Wichtig: Die Arbeit ist sehr schwer. Die Steine sind es , das Holz und das Land ist es(Lehm) Gartenarbeit heisst "Brombeeren und stachlige Büsche jäten und Bäume fällen"

I have been travelling all my live and working all around the world. Croatia is a wonderful country and the island international. My neighbours coming from Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Suisse.

We need Garden paths, laying stones, building stonewalls. Building a grill, cutting wine and trees. Painting. Cleaning things up. And to help put everything in order.....Not changed so much, and the season is over. So no work with tourists. The task here is heavy and dirty like I wrote in my profile. Gardening means" Weeding blackberries and prickly bushes and cutting down trees". Outside always something with sand shoveling, stones moving, digging and concrete mixing going on. Now we have to sand and paint furniture and parts of the house Until now I made arrangements for a week and if we did get along then our workerwayers could stay as long they wanted to.
Wir brauchen Gartenwege, Steine sind zu verlegen, Steinmauern und einen Grill zu bauen. Wein und Bäume schneiden. Streichen. Sachen aufräumen. Und zu helfen alles in Ordnung zu bringen.....Die Saison ist vorbei. Also keine Arbeit mit Touristen. Die Arbeit hier ist schwer und schmutzig, wie ich in meinem Profil geschrieben habe. Gartenarbeit bedeutet "Brombeeren und stachelige Büsche jäten und Bäume fällen". Draußen ist immer etwas . Sand schaufeln, Steine bewegen und Beton mischen. Jetzt müssen wir Möbel schleifen und streichen, sowie ein Teil der Fassade. Bis jetzt habe ich immer für eine Woche lang eine Zusage gemacht, und wenn wir miteinander auskamen, konnten unsere Workawyers so lange bleiben, wie sie wollten.

We finished 2 apartments. One ground floor studio with bathroom for 2 people with an open kitchen. And at the first floor one with a sleeping, a living room, Bathroom and Terrasse.
Food is mostly vegetarian here (everybody can eat what he likes though) and at flexible times. Either together or alone. Simply write what you need on the shopping list.
Wir haben 2 Apartments fertig bekommen , ein ebenerdiges Studio mit Bad für2 Personen mit einer offenen Küche. Und im ersten Stock eines mit Schlaf und Wohnzimmer,Badezimmer und Terrasse. Sowie einem kleinen Gästezimmer in unserer Wohnung.
Hier wird meistens vegetarisch gekocht (jeder kann aber essen was er mag) und zu flexible Zeiten. Entweder zusammen oder alleine. Was benötigt wird einfach auf die Einkaufsliste schreiben.

Bicycle and car are available. The island has an airport and a bridge to the mainland. One hour each to Italy or to the national park in the mountains on the mainland.
Fahrrad und Auto sind vorhanden. Die Insel hat einen Flughafen und eine Brücke zum Festland. Je eine Stunde nach Italien oder am Festland in den Nationalpark in den Bergen.
