  Hola everybody,
  We are Berna, Óscar and our little dog Peti, we own a beautiful hostel in the center of Pucon, a great little town in the region of La Araucanía, south of Chile.
  We fell in love with this fantastic place and its surroundings three years ago and decided to live here.
  We are a medium-size hostel (40 beds) oriented to backpackers worldwide traveling through South America and adventurers from all around the globe.
  
  We are looking for creative and open-minded volunteers to help us in making our little place even more beautiful!
  
  
  Hola a todxs,
  somos Berna, Óscar y nuestra perrita Peti, tenemos un lindo hostel en el centro de Pucón, pequeña ciudad en la región de La Araucanía, en el sur de Chile.
  Nos enamoramos de este hermoso lugar sus alrededores hace 3 años y nos decidimos a venir a vivir aquí.
  Tenemos un hostel mediano (40 camas), para lxs mochileirxs de todo el mundo que viajan por Sudamérica.
  
  Buscamos voluntarios creativos y buena onda para ayudarnos a hacer nuestro pequeño lugar aún más hermoso!

  We are in the Mapuche's territory, the only native population of South America who's never been defeated.
  You can learn more about their rich and unique culture.
  
  Pucon is surrounded by lakes, mountains, and Volcanos. It's the perfect place for trekking, skiing, kayak, rafting, hot springs, and much more.
  And if you want to learn Spanish it's a good place to practice!
  
  Estamos en el territorio de los Mapuches, el único pueblo originario que nunca fue vencido. Puedes aprender más sobre su rica y única cultura y sabiduría.
  Ya que Pucón está rodeado por lagos y volcanes, es el lugar perfecto para hacer trekkings, ski, kayak, rafting, termas y muchas otras actividades.
  Y si quieres aprender el Español, es un buen lugar para practicar.

  Ajuda

  Basically, we need someone to provide full reception services to guests, offer tours/excursions, respond to phone calls, keep the place clean. There are always some maintenance projects like making signs, taking care of the garden or playing with Peti that you could help us with as well.
  
  The atmosphere at the hostel is relaxed and joyful but neat and clean. We receive guests from all over the world.
  You can exchange so many experiences with the guests.
  
  Our philosophy: "Do what makes you happy and the rest will follow!"
  
  
  Básicamente, necesitamos alguien para la recepción, ofrecer tours, responder al teléfono y mantener limpio el lugar. Siempre hay algún proyecto de mantenimiento como hacer señaléticas, cuidar el jardín o jugar con Peti con las que nos podrán ayudar también.
  
  La atmósfera en el hostel es relajada y alegre pero ordenada y limpia. Recibimos a huéspedes de todo el mundo, con los que podrás compartir.
  
  Nuestra filosofía: "Haz lo que te hace feliz! El resto llega solo!"

  Acomodação

  We offer a shared room for no more than 4 volunteers.
  You can use all the installations (kitchen, bathroom, terrace, living room) borrow bikes and access to laundry once a week, we want the Hostel to become your home, and take care of it like if it was.
  We ask for the volunteers to stay at least 3 or 4 weeks; we do not accept couples nor under 24 volunteers, experience has taught us to keep these limits.
  
  Ofrecemos una habitación compartida para un máximos de 4 voluntarios.
  Puedes usar todas las instalaciones (cocina, baño, jardines, salón de tv) usar bicicletas y tener acceso a lavandería una vez por semana, queremos que el Hostel sea tu casa y que lo cuides como si lo fuera.
  Pedimos que el voluntariado sea por un tiempo mínimo entre 3 o 4 semanas; no aceptamos parejas ni menores de 24 años, la experiencia nos ha enseñado a mantener estos límites.
