Our Headquarters and Volunteer accommodation are located at La Lancha Beach, an incredibly beautiful Surfing Beach, located 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and in between the Touristy towns of Punta Mita, and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Our Volunteer/staff accommodation has access to WiFi, showers, a kitchen, a small supermarket next door, and laundry. There are 6 rooms, each with a bunk bed, to host a total of 12 volunteers or staff members.
This location is great for nature lovers, people that love to cook, surf, hike, make barbeques, play board games, etc. We are not in a town, so access to bars and nightlife is quite complicated.
Getting to the neighboring towns is relatively easy via public transport during the day.Tipos de ajuda e oportunidades de aprendizado

Our staff and volunteers quarters are specially designed and built to host our team, and are located in a plot of land in which our Surf Camp is being built on the entrance of Playa La Lancha in the Punta de Mita area. Our La Lancha Surf Shop is right next to the Surf Camp and Volunteers quarters and 20 minutes away from Sayulita and our second location, Sayulita
Purpose-built staff/volunteer housing, 4 rooms with a bunk bed each and 2 with a bunk bed plus a single to host 14 people total. Shared hot water bathrooms, WiFi, kitchen, laundry.
This is a beautiful spot built for people that love the outdoors and value nature, access to nightlife and partying are NON-EXISTENT.
The complex is situated at 8 minutes jungle hike from the best beginner and intermediate surfing beach in the area has a nice BBQ grill, and plenty of space to hang a Hammock.
Access to other towns is super simple via local public transport during the day.
Groceries can be either bought at the small convenience shop next door, at any of the neighboring towns, or ordered via the internet (not so secluded after all)

Free Access to surf shuttles (depends on the availability and that it doesn't affect your schedule)
**It is important to mention that if any equipment you use is damaged, you will have to pay for the damage. We encourage to pay the optional 2 usd a day full coverage insurance every time you use a surfboard.
• 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Access to the bike inventory
Food and food condiments
Toiletries. Please bring your own.
---------------------
This will be your home, as well as others. Since there are multiple people living in the same complex and sharing the same space the most important aspects to keep in mind are RESPECT and CLEANLINESS. This means cleaning up dishes right after use, taking the trash out, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and maintaining the garden area (cleaning basics are provided), keeping personal belongings only on your bed or closet/wardrobe space. It is part of the staff and volunteers' duties to rotate/organize cleaning activities amongst themselves daily.
Please be aware that there is always multiple animals (domestic and non domestic) in the complex, this is not the place to be if you have cat/dog allergies or if you are scared of wildlife (spiders, snakes, frogs, etc..)
After 9 pm you should keep quiet
Under absolutely no circumstances, visitors to our living quarters are allowed without previous autorization.Algo mais...
