The Experience you´ve been looking for, if you want to back to nature.
Family home with encompassing garden, carpentry workshop and lots of old Volwagen cars. We are located in the mountains of Monchique, which lays in the heart of the Algarve and is only 30 minutes away from the South and West coast (by car). We are easy to reach with public transport and supermarket, the public swimming pool and additional shops on walking distance.

You will learn numerous things regarding tourism, the local knowledge and how to use machines, from simple gardening tools to the most hi-tech power tools.

Helping with general maintenance , helping with different projects with wood, gardening and maybe more things, depending on the experience of the helpers we will find a suitable job for your skills and improve them bit by bit.
We really appreciate helpers, who can be flexible and have an autonomous work attitude.

Acomodação
single Bed, double bed (for couples), or the possibility to bring your own campervan/tent. For each accommodation type we have a toilet and shower available.
Furthermore we provide 2 meals a day for full working days, and 1 meal for working half a day.

As mentioned above, we are on a walking distance from the centre and are easy to reach via bus. There are local public pools nearby. Depending on the amount of people, we have bicycles available for you to use and be independent.
Did we already mention that there are many walking routes in the mountains to be explored, with our without guidance. The views from the top are absolutely stunning, to see the sunset (especially combined with a fresh drink ;). You will love it!

Portimao is the closest city
Busses come from Portimao to Monchique every day!
