Je me souviendrai toujours mon workaway ici! Merci pour tout!
Thanks to Martine and Duncan for ensuring I had such an excellent workaway experience! It was my first workaway and I would recommend these hosts without hesitation! They're very welcoming, friendly people and I enjoyed exchanging with them. Martine helped me to learn a lot of French in the two weeks I spent there (her English is excellent too). There are tasks to suit different workawayers as there is the choice of working both inside and out. I weeded, collected apples and did some cleaning inside. If you like animals, there are cats and a horse! Thank you also for helping me to discover the lovely region of Brittany. I'll always remember my time with you and hope I can come back some day!Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

Thank you Lena for your nice comment. We couldn't expect a better workaway. We have really enjoyed your company and Puki is such a well behaved dog. We miss you a lot and really hope to welcome you again very soon.
Lena stayed just a week and it seemed that we had known her for a long time. We would have liked to keep her longer.

I spent one week with Martine and Duncan and i m really happy about getting to know those wonderful people. I enjoyed their company and as well the delicious meals they provided me. The work was nice and funny and i never felt bored. I did small jobs in the house and the garden and was allowed to drive with Duncans small tractor to cut the grass -such a great job :) Thanks a lot for this week, im sure that i'll come back when im in france again. It was nice to welcome Raquel and Kira. Raquel was very helpful. Her work has made a good start on my garden. Even Kira wanted to contribute by digging in the garden. With us all moving the gravel, just within 5 hours was a great job done. Still looking for the piece of puzzle. Lol.
I wish her and Kira every success for the future.

I spend one month here and I had a lovely experience!!! This is the perfect place if you want to improve you english and french because she speaks very well both languages. She provide me my own room and toilet. The shower is downstairs and is shared with the family. I enjoy very much all the meals. She is very good cooking and she mades cakes all
… read more the time, so you can taste delicious dessert after every meal. My favourite was the scones!!! You need to taste that if you never had eaten before. Is a little dangerous if you are on diet!! Hahaha... Also Martine and her friend invited me few days to have a drink in a bar in different places, so that was very kind!!
The work wasn't very hard. Only one day I was carrying gravel from one side to the other side of the garden all day. But most of the time I was cleaning (woods, toilet, kitchen, livingroom, last day I was cleaning her car...) and gardening (remove weeds). I did also a little painting and organized the shed and feed the horses. One day I made a plot for the vegetables. I usually work alone all the time so I am please that she trust me. I start at 9:30am (after breakftast) and I finish at 3:30-4pm. But the hours are flexible.
I had 2 days off (thursday and friday) and during this days I visited lots of wonderful places. Martine gave me a lots of maps, guides and ideas to travel. If you dont have car is not a problem because she drives a lot to different places, so you can go with her. During the afternoon I share time also with her and her friends to do the "impossible puzzle". It was so excited to finish it!! Although we never found the last peace!!! She is searching for more workawayers because there is lots of things to do. So, I recommend this place!Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.
