We are Kunuk (40), originally from Greenland, and have been living in Denmark for 18 years, and Aurelia (44), from Switzerland and Germany, who has been embracing the hyggeligt Danish life for the past four years.
And, of course, our family wouldn’t be complete without our two beloved furry companions – Nooqi, our playful White Swiss Shepherd, and Moka, our loyal Black German Shepherd. They bring so much joy to our lives and will surely love having you around! 🐾❤️

Staying with us offers you the chance to experience a unique cultural mix. Our roots are Greenlandic Inuit and German-Swiss, and we love sharing our traditions, stories, and way of life.
Beyond our regular jobs, we are also shamanic practitioners. If you're interested, you are welcome to join a cacao ceremony and learn more about shamanism and spirituality. We enjoy exchanging knowledge and experiences in these areas and are happy to share what we have learned on our journey.

🌿 Urgent: House & Dog Sitting Opportunity (End of April – Mid May)
We are currently looking for one or two people to take care of our home and our two dogs.
📅 Required period:
From latest May 1st until May 10th (very important)
You are very welcome to arrive earlier and/or stay longer if it suits you.
Due to a last-minute cancellation (visa issue), we are now urgently looking for someone reliable who can step in on short notice.
Your main tasks will be:
• Taking loving and responsible care of our two dogs
• Looking after the house
• Light gardening and general upkeep
You should feel comfortable handling two dogs and genuinely enjoy spending time with them.
🥕 Food will be provided
We will organize grocery deliveries for you.
We are happy to host a couple, two friends, or a single person.
If you are available and feel called, please reach out as soon as possible 🙏

🌿 General Workaway Opportunities
Outside of this period, we are always happy to host 1–3 friendly and practical Workawayers.
Typical tasks include:
• Household help and cooking
• Gardening and maintenance
• DIY projects and small repairs
• Painting (depending on weather)
• Occasional help with the dogs
We share tasks based on your skills and interests.

Each of you will have your own cozy private room, while the kitchen and bathroom are shared with us. We also have a beautiful large garden you can enjoy and spend time in.

The beach is within easy reach—just a 40-minute e-bike ride through beautiful landscapes or a quick 20-minute drive by car.
If you're in the mood for a change of pace and want to experience the energy of a bigger city, we can give you a ride to the bus station if our schedule allows. From there, it's only a 20-minute ride to Odense, the largest city on Funen, where you can explore its vibrant culture, shops, and historic sites.
To make getting around even easier, we also have electric bicycles available for you to use—perfect for discovering the surroundings at your own pace! 🚴♂️🌿
