  Hello,
  my name is Eva and I am an almost 50 year old journalist from the saxonian town of Chemnitz. I work full time for the regional news paper and mostly do essays. In my free time I like to go to the theater, go swimming , hikeing, during wintertime cross country skiing and i sing in a local church choire. I have a daugther and a little grandson living in Leipzig.
  
  One of my life time goals is to improve my English, therefore i would love a native speaker to come and stay with me for a while. I would offer free food and accomodation in my spare guest room. I'd expect a little help in my house and garden, joined meals ( breakfast and supper) and that we do some activities together in my free time. While i work you'd have time for yourself.
  
  If you are a woman, 40+ years, non-smoker and interested i would be happy to invite you to my home. But also: I am flexible in the conditions.
  
  Ich (50) arbeite als Journalistin bei einer regionalen Tageszeitung, schreibe zumeist Reportagen und Portraits und möchte mein Englisch verbessern. Deshalb möchte ich möglichst einen englischen Muttersprachler als Gast aufnehmen.
  
  In der Woche über arbeite ich von etwa 10 Uhr bis 19 Uhr. In dieser Zeit hat mein Gast im Großen und Ganzen Freizeit. Diese kann er nutzen, in meiner Töpferwerkstatt kreativ zu werden oder auch um Ausflüge selbstständig zu unternehmen, einen Abstecher nach Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin oder Prag zu machen. Alles liegt in der nächsten Umgebung von Chemnitz.
  Ich hoffe, dass der Gast am Feierabend und an den Wochenenden meine Freizeit mit mir verbringt, Ausflüge unternimmt und mit mir auf Englisch spricht.
  Ich bin Nichtraucherin und trinke auch keinen Alkohol.
