  I am an Irish national who has retired from Oregon in the USA. I have been a professional musician and intend to create a space for musicians and artists to record and write, but also for artistic expression of all types.
  I teach English at a school in town. I have conducted tours in the past and hope that my project can become a destination for people to unwind and create.
  I share ownership with my two daughters who will visit here as time permits.
  The house is in Ventosela just outside Ribadavia in Galicia.
  It is located 200 meters and within view of the fabulous reservoir on the Mino river. Boating, Fishing, swimming, walking and hiking right here. We are only a few hundred meters from the Camino Riberio, and you can walk from here to Santiago and get your Compostella.
  The area abounds with Celtic monuments and vineyards as far as the eye can see.
  2 Coffee shops grocery and restauraunt within a kilometer,
  Train and bus station 3.7 kms 35 mins walk.
  4.2 kms to the center of Ribadavia which has numerous restaurant's, bars, churches, museums, a famous old Jewish quarter, mighty castle and riverside walk etc.
  The city of Ourense which is 20 mins by car and 26 kms away. It is served from Madrid with High speed rail.
  We are 45 mins from the Atlantic coast and fantastic beaches. 60 mins from Santiago de Compostela, 30 mins from the Portuguese border.
  There are international airports in Vigo 40 mins Ryanair etc, Santiago is one hour, Porto in Portugal 1.45 hrs drive, and all accessible by bus and rail, Madrid is 2.5 hrs by train.
  The house includes 6 bed, 2 kitchen, one old and traditional and one newer, and 2 and a half bath. There is also a large enclosed sun porch to watch the sun go down over the lake. It has an Adaga which is a large old meeting room and a wine Bodega filled with winemaking equipment. We had had several musical events there and it currently houses my recording studio.
  Please feel free to use the Fiber internet, speed 300 up/down.
  Bread is delivery daily, and fish weekly.
  There is an enclosed courtyard with chicken coop, a smoke house barbecue, various out buildings and a fully decked out and functional Blacksmiths Forge all hand operated. This can be used for black iron, jewelry and glass. There is a lemon and an Orange tree and some small planters we intend to use to the fullest.
  There is also a huge wine barrel tub for summer soaking.
  I am in need of people who can tend the small plantings, someone who would like to use the forge to make some metal items and it has a separate cottage space for guest's.
  
  Help with information about video, go pros, uploading etc.
  Help with ideas on Audio recording, software, studio.
  Help with Spanish language would be appreciated.

  Being that I am Irish and having lived in the USA for a long time, lots of stories and info, I have travelled extensively and have sagely moments.
  I can share my experience of acquiring a home and moving around the world.

  Help with Spanish language would be appreciated, and a driving license might be a plus.

  Separate small bedrooms and access to all the common areas. A designated bathroom. Food will be basic and local and we assume you will help with cooking occasionally.
