We are located 40 min from San Cristóbal de Las Casas, in a comunity named Chijilte inTeopisca Chiapas, we start with a Ecohostel project in the forrest, at the moment we are building a cabings with diferents materials , stones, wood, mud, working with the gardens, compost , chickenware.
We managed hostels for long time, this time we moved to the forrest with a new project.!

The volunteer will learn different techniques that work and are used in permaculture and biobuilding, so too, there is cultural exchange and language instructors are Mexican and they can practice and lerning the culture of the site and México.

We need help in different area to permaculture and bioconstruction, volunteers who may be at least 2 weeks of support.
Not necessarily have experience in these areas, but without the availability and willingness to learn and cooperate with this project.
Áreas than we working :
Construction with Natural building
Diferents with techniques.
Working on the farm / chickens, rabits, pigs .
Working with the garden orchads ,compost.
Working with solar panel fluvial water caption , recicling.
5 hours a day, food and board
facilities sleep in the cabing on the land.
Minimun stay 2 weeks
5 hrs to support us during the day for 5 days 2 days off during the week,
we have an option working in the ranch for a few days of aweek and the stay in San Cristobal in a Mexican home with all facilities and WI FI there.Idiomas

We offer a bed in the cabing. we also offer them a meal a day and use and facilities , showers use, kitchen, garden areas hammocks exchange of information and advice books in the Spanish language.

This is a place that has many years working and receiving travelers from all the world, volunteer here and help us as a family, the owners are originally from San Cristobal de Las Casas ,Francisco ,and staff are Mexican and we make travelers feel at home, Rodolfo Mexican how working with herbolaria and also as a Reiki Teacher they are sumergan orient and Know about local culture as well as learn the Spanish language.
