  Hi everyone! !
  
  This is Aron, representing the organization.
  It has been wonderful spending life with volunteers from different continents. Brings wolrd experience together we share and exchange the world, lifestyle, culture and history. Since 2023, we have now welcomed volunteers from Europe, Asia, African countries. Most have came from Italy, France and UK. from Africa more comes from Kenya. Our place is a home for everyone who wants to explore while contributing volunteering to serve for rural communities and building nature.
  
  Today I would like to welcome those who knows to write and present Impact stories, who can take good picture from the field, Native Tree System so effectively that partners understand its value and seek to work with us. Who can establish how this place communicates its work, protects its reputation, builds partnerships, and increases opportunities for funding and collaboration. To make that trust visible to people who haven't met this place yet, being discoverable, trusted, and already known before a funding opportunity appears.
  
  We need our socio media, website and Youtube if someone is visiting within five minutes they should understand:
  • What this place does.
  • Where we work.
  • How many farmers reached.
  • What makes our approach different.
  • Who are partners
  • How we measure impact.
  • And how to contact us.
  
  Can you make someone who has never heard of this place become confident enough to fund us? here is your second home you are warmly welcome. We are willing to host pessionate story writer, communication, journalism, artist, socio media influencer, web designers, photographers etc.
  
  this place specializes in native tree systems and traceability. We collaborate and in the field implement agroforestry establishment, community training, tree nursery establishment and tree seeds collection providing quality planting material, technical guidance, and long-term monitoring.

  We have a good place for accommodation and can host up two once, though we are building a volunteer appartment where we will welcome up 10 once.
  We will help you lean and engage with Tanzanian culture, Swahili Language and mountains hiking.

  Our most memorable times will be hosting when a Workawayer is fully embedded in our lives as family, doing the day to day things we do and joining alongside us, as partners. If you prefer being solitary and working alone we can still welcome you but give us the hint early so that we can organize stuff to suit us both.
  
  Morogoro is a home for various nature atraction. have Mikumi national park where you can visit to see Lions, Elephants, girapphes, Zebra and so on. Have a beutiful mounatin Uluguru, Part of Eastern Arc mountains with beutiful view from the window at home and office.
  
  During your stay will have the best chance to experience Tanzanian culture, traditional housing, and clothing. Farming exercise etc.
  
  Will have an opportunity to learn food culture, the vegetarian and organic food, if you are willing and happy can involve in cooking using traditional clay pots, going to minimarket buying cooking stuffs.
  
  Opportunity to learn dances, Swahili language based to how you interact and associate talking with locals, kids as you get opportunity to capture few vocabularies time after a time.

  Acomodação

  You will have the opportunity to live as local people do, you’ll experience how regular days run in the host family.
  
  If you join us in Morogoro town, you will be staying right with us in a compound house which has 2 extra rooms. Each room can be shared with two volunteer depending to how many hosted in a time.
  If you are not happy staying in homestead there are good hotels nearby we will share with you once you have specified so in the request of coming to join us, however you will have to pay for such accommodation in hotels as we can not afford to pay for you.
  
  We provide free meals and accommodation
  In all days that volunteers spent, except if the volunteer decides to go outing and eat in the hotel or restaurant that becomes her expenses
  You will enjoy local Tanzania organic food and vegetarian as part of our family, and your welcomed in the kitchen if you wish to learn or cook something. if you are interested in other types of food are plenty available in hotels near us but we are sorry due to their expensive we will not be able to buy food for you in hotels you will have to come with your own budget.
  
  There is no fee or charging staying with us, only if we visits national parks, or other leisure places during weekends there is charges born by respective institute.

  During your time off and weekends will have an opportunity of hiking to Uluguru mountains and waterfalls, visiting national parks, going to church for those who are willing and going to market buying food stuff etc.
