Help with projects at an old house in Lombo Galego, Madeira

  Hi I'm Jan - recently bought a house in Faial (Lombo Galego) on Madeira. I have less time than I had thought so i need some help:P It's just me here for now or the house is empty as I normally live in Camara de lobos.
  A little bit about me - I've been living abroad for the past 13 years (mostly in Europe but also in China and Africa for some years), I worked in some IT stuff and at EU organizations in Brussels and UN in South Sudan. I used to be a busker and a devoted couchsurfer for some time in the past.
  I also host people on travelling websites but this is intended for a little bit longer stay.
  The house I'm renovating is quite big but it s nothing complicated - im just counting on a little bit help and company.
  
  Most likely there will be more than one person around, for now usually I don't stay at the house (I live in Camara de lobos in the south of Madeira) and the house is a new renovation project, I will try to pre-select people who would fit well together, some rooms might be also rented out.

  I'm renovating an older house I've just bought, I need help with sanding, painting, cleaning etc. (rather basic tasks unless you know how to do other things
  
  I would like some help with finishing - painting, plastering, maybe building a terrace - depends on what you can do. As long as you help me a little bit, I will be very happy. Feel free to explore the island and I don't expect a worker.

  Acomodação

  You can have your own room but the house is being renovated and rooms are in different levels of completion (there are 4-5 rooms)

  It's a remote old house but it s quite peaceful. Funchal is 25 kms away which is the capital of the island, machico around 20kms where there is also an active community of people. Depending on the situation I might be able to help you with a vehicle.

  There is quite a bit of space, internet connection is surprisingly good and I don't mind pets or kids :)
