  We’re excited to share that we’ve just signed the contract to bring an incredible vision to life on a beautiful, nature-surrounded farm. Here, we’ll create a space for growth, learning, and community: an Agile Learning Center and a Retreat Center for leaders and families alike.
  
  Our mission? We believe the world needs more empathetic, heart-centered leaders who lead from a place of inner strength and purpose. At this center, we’ll nurture that from childhood onward, supporting self-directed learning that will echo through future generations.
  Here, kids, families, and leaders will find a space to learn, grow, and explore life as whole, unique individuals.
  We invite you to join us in these early stages and lift this project from the ground and up .

  But right now, we need some helping hands to get it ready, as the Retreat Center will open in January. So if you’d like to support a project with purpose, we’d love for you to join us.
  The work will be mostly practical: painting, moving furniture, cleaning, weeding—whatever it takes to breathe life into this place. And we’ll find ways to make use of your unique talents, too.
  
  We are a little family, consisting of Cille and Johannes and our daughters Frida (2 years) and Shema (3 years)
  Being parents is at the very core of our lifes.
  We foster an environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore their unique path.
  
  At the heart of everything we do, we embrace the philosophy of non-doership and inner peace. We believe in doing what feels right, being in touch with our bodies, and cultivating meaningful connections with one another.
  
  The farm is cocooned within the embrace of a nature and bird reserve. Only a 30 minute drive from the Capital of Copenhagen. Which gives you plenty of options to go on long peaceful walks in nature, as well as going into the Capital city to explore and get that city feel
  
  When it comes to accommodation it'll be at the farm in the basement. There's one big room with windows, where you'd be sleeping in a shared space, as there's possibly going to be multiple workawayers at the same time.
  You'll be sharing the kitchen in the basement, and the toilet and shower with the other workawayers. There's a washing machine.
  
  We'll serve one meal a day at dinner around 6 o'clock, From monday - Friday. We eat only organic and as wholefood as possible. And we do eat meat, but if you're vegetarian or vegan, we can make it fit as well.
  The other meals and weekends will be on your own, we won't provide that.
  
  We except working hours during the week from Monday til Friday, waring from day to day for how long and from when till when. As we value flexibility a lot, and doing what feels right. But no more than 4 hours a day.
  Weekends will be free from work.
  
  On our property recreational usage of weed, alcohol and drugs are non welcome.
  We're embracing other ways of finding joy and relaxation and ways of coping with life's great oceans of sensations. 💗
