  My Name is Nathalie, as a passionate traveler, I have always sought adventure — through cultures, human connections, and personal challenges. While exploring the world, I fell in love with the Maldives. There, I discovered a paradise that is simple, real, and vibrant. Our retreat was born: to allow everyone to experience the true Maldives, engaging with the local community, respecting their customs — while enjoying the freedom and hospitality of the islands. Beyond individual stays, I wanted to go further: to make this exceptional setting available to experience creators, — sports coaches, yoga instructors, club founders, and organizers of retreats or companies seminars.
  
  We do our upmost to design a Boutique Retreat in the Maldives dedicated to sport, wellness, and mindful living.
  
  We’re opening our project to international volunteers who wish to take part in this journey by helping with:
  -Help us to create group retreat to our boutique retreat (selling our programs)
  - Support us in the social media and content creation (photography, storytelling, digital presence),
  -Help us to run the wellness and fitness activities for our guests
  -Help to organize a wellness and nautic sport festival

  Workawayers join and experience the warmth of Maldivian island life while helping shape our boutique retreat dedicated to sport and wellness.
  We share daily moments — and connect with the community through island traditions. You’ll discover the authentic side of the Maldives, beyond the resorts.
  We love exchanging skills and stories: languages, creativity, coaching, or design. In return, we offer the chance to learn about island living, and mindful hospitality.
  And when work is done, the ocean calls — snorkeling among fish, turtles, and rays reminds us why this place is so special. Excursion Activities are with your own expenses.
  It is more than a project — it’s a shared journey of movement, culture, and connection.

  Acomodação

  Workawayers stay in a comfortable shared room within our retreat house. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — a simple island home surrounded by ocean breeze, and the beach in the distance.
  The rooms are easy and functional, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and shared bathrooms. You’ll have access to communal areas, and an open-air space perfect relaxing in the shade.
  We are able to accommodate Workaway, that organise a group retreat. The breakfast is made of eggs, toast and hot drink.
  Currently we have 8 employees, 4 at the reception and 4 for the kitchen.
