  In the highlands of Smaland in Sweden I manage a farm with 30 ha. Mainly forest and a cottage on the lake. In our own forge and woodworking workshop all usual work is done by ourselves. From simple wood burning to forging an ax, anything can happen.

  Im Hochland von Smaland in Schweden bewirtschafte ich einen Hof mit 30 ha. überwiegend Wald und ein Ferienhaus am See. In eigener Schmiede und Holzbearbeitungswerkstatt werden alle üblichen Arbeiten selbst ausgeführt. Von der einfachen Brenn-Holz-Bearbeitung bis zum Schmieden einer Axt kann alles vorkommen.

  It is possible to get to know the country and its people. As the place is located in the countryside, the cultural offer is low. Gothenburg and Stockholm can be reached in 3 to 4 hours by train or car. Växjö and Jönköping can be reached after 60 and 90 kilometers. Nature in close proximity offers something new every day.

  Es besteht die Möglichkeit Land und Leute kennen zu lernen. Da der Ort auf dem Land liegt ist das kulturelle Angebot gering. Göteborg und Stockholm sind jedoch in 3 bis 4 Stunden mit Bahn oder Auto zu erreichen. Växjö und Jönköping erreicht man nach 60 und 90 Kilometer. Die Natur in nächster Nähe bietet täglich Neues.

  Help with ongoing tasks. Manual work, operation of smaller machines and vehicles. I try to live independently and accordingly the work is very versatile.

  The length of stay varies depending on the season. a private room, meals, many leisure facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, etc. The food is addressed together and products from the region, the garden, the forest or the lakes are preferred.
