Hello, I am the happy owner of a plot of land in the Alentejo.
Construction (renovation of a ruin) is scheduled for May 2023.
I want to enjoy the land this summer by living on site (the place is very beautiful) there are beautiful walks to do in the area.
The beaches are not far away and it is nice to go surfing after work.
My idea is to take care of the landscaping this summer, plan and organize irrigation and think about the solar system.
Bonjour, je suis l'heureux propriétaire d'un terrain dans l'Alentejo.
La construction (rénovation d'une ruine) est prévue en mai 2023.
Je veux profiter du terrain cet été en vivant sur place ( l'endroit est très beau) il y a de magnifiques promenades à faire dans le coin.
Les plages ne sont pas loin et il est agréable d'aller surfer après le travail.
Mon idée est de m'occuper de l'aménagement paysager cet été, de prévoir et organiser l'irrigation et penser le système solaire.

I offer accommodation in tent (yurt style) 12.5 m2 and 250 high. With 2 camp beds. It's comfortable.

For the internet: for the moment we capture the 3g and I will try to install a model for this summer.
Je propose un hébergement sous tente (style yourte) 12.5 m2 et 250 haut. Avec 2 lits de camps. C'est confortable. Cuisine extérieure avec un magnifique vieux four à bois.
Salle de bain sommaire extérieure. L'eau est froide!!

Pour internet: pour l'instant on capte la 3g et je vais essayer d'installer un modèm pour cet été.

We organize the days according to the needs. It is good to do the hours in the morning and have a quiet afternoon. If you want to be autonomous it is good to have your car. There are no shops around. You will find a café and a restaurant 1km5 from the land (you can go there on foot)
Nous organisons les journées en fonction des besoins. Il est bon de travailler le matin et avoir l'après midi tranquille. Si vous voulez être autonome il est bien d'avoir sa voiture. Il n'y a pas de commerces autour. Vous trouverez un café et un restaurant à 1km5 du terrain (on peut y aller à pieds)

Yes we can parc one van on the land. I propose a canvas tente whis matelas. Bash room (rustic) cold water and out side kitchen
