  Hi, I'm Alex, a chef and BJJ instructor. I live and work on this local project, improving the place to welcome people from all over and share our culture of the sea and the land. We go diving, train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu daily, and have a small bouldering area. We're also restoring and protecting the native forest hillside and caring for the beach. We offer artistic activities like drawing, guitar, woodworking, and painting. We have a small sailboat for sailing when conditions are good.
  
  Daily field activities include firewood gathering, gardening, greenhouse maintenance, and harvesting.
  Sea activities include shore gathering, fishing, and sailing.
  Daily activities: Jiu-Jitsu training from Monday to Friday. We're starting to develop a garden, composting areas, and rainwater harvesting systems, focusing on working the land and its care. Please read carefully; we are only accepting one person per stay. Thank you.

  Hola, soy Alex, chef y profesor de BJJ, viviendo ,trabajando en este proyecto local, mejorando el lugar para poder recibir personas de todas partes, compartir nuestra cultura del mar y campo, salimos a bucear, entrenamos Jiu jitsu brasilero todos los días tenemos un pequeño Boulder. Recuperando y protegiendo la ladera de bosque nativo y cuidado de playa . Actividades artísticas dibujo, guitarra, carpintería y pintura. Tenemos un pequeño bote a vela para salir a navegar cuando hay buenas condiciones.
  
  Actividades de campo diarias : leña, huerto, invernadero, recolección.
  Actividades de mar: recolección de orilla, pesca, navegación a vela.
  Actividades diarias: entrenar Jiujitsu de lunes a viernes.
  Comenzando a habilitar huerta, sectores compostaje, tecnificación de agua lluvia,sobre los trabajos de la tierra y sus cuidados. Porfavor leer bien solo recibimos Una persona gracias.

  we have a litlle shelter with 2 bunks, living kitchen with stove , normal bathroom, everything is in the gym next to the accomodations there ir a tatame where we are doing bjj class and self defense
