  We are 71years old living in Nérac,à city with 7000 inhabitants between Bordeaux and Toulouse.We have a big house with pool and tennis court in a 5000sqm garden.We could host one or two persons in an indépendant room with bathroom in may or June September and October
  Nérac is an historical city on a little river in a wine aerea surrounded by a lot of bastides ,middle age villages.It is the capital of Albret known as French toscana.Agriculture is the most important activity of this territory.You may find a lot of producers selling their vegetables,fruits…in the local markets.
  
  Nous sommes un couple de 71 ans habitant près d’une ville de 7000 habitants Nérac ,située entre Bordeaux et Toulouse.Nous avons une grande maison avec piscine et tennis et un jardin de 5000 m2.Nous pouvons héberger une ou deux personnes dans une chambre indépendante avec salle de bains en mai ou juin septembre et octobre

  Nérac has a long history beginning under the Roman Empire,you can see some mosaics.Different types of housing coexist: old middleage’s houses and Renaissance hotel and also a part of a royal castle from the royal era of Nérac. Baron Haussmann has been in charge of Nérac before being world famous with his works in Paris. Moreover as we are speaking English or German it will be possible for us to give all the informations that a workwayer could need.
  
  Nérac est une ville déjà existante sous l’empire romain,des mosaïques en témoignent,l’histoire de la ville se reflète dans son architecture: on y trouve des maisons à colombages datant du Moyen-age,des hôtels particuliers de la Renaissance période pendant laquelle Nérac ,propriété d’Henri de Navarre a joué un rôle important dans l’histoire de France.En outre le célèbre baron Hausmann a été sous-préfet de Nérac au dix-neuvième siècle.
  Par ailleurs nous parlons anglais et allemand et pourront echanger toute sorte d’informations.

  Bedroom with bathroom,kitchen and terrasse.The workawayer could have lunch with us if he prefers,we will provide the necessary for breakfast and dinner.

  La personne ou le couple pourra partager nos déjeuners s’il le souhaite,nous fournirons le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner.

  During free-time the workawayer could visit the city and surroundings or go to Toulouse or Bordeaux if he wants to.They also are local cultural events such as concerts of classical music,art exhibitions…
  
  Pendant le temps libre la personne pourra visiter la ville et aller à Bordeaux ,à Toulouse le week-end si elle le désire ou profiter des concerts et autres manifestations culturelles locales.
