Help with childcare and discover the country in Guayaquil, Ecuador

  I have been living in NYC for a while and have decided to get to know my country before my daughter goes to school.
  
  If you are coming to Ecuador, I am looking for someone to look after my toddler while I am working remotely and also traveling, so it can be a few days or weeks, very flexible.
  
  My base is Guayaquil Aisha goes to school there and we travel or do activities over the weekend, Ecuador is very tiny so most places are within 4-5 hours drive, we are beach lovers, but we also love the country side and if that is the case we may take Friday and Monday too.
  
  When we are in Guayaquil there is some time you will be spending with my grandparents they are 82 and 88. We have a person that helps with cleaning and cooking Monday to Friday, and she is a great cook, she washes the dishes etc. So you will have some rest
  
  From Guayaquil we go by car to different places in Ecuador. In the coast, mountains and jungle. We can work things out if you want to continue further in the country and then come back, please feel free to tell me your pace and way of exploring, I am very open to find the balance and help you get the best out of Ecuador.
  
  I am learning how to surf so there will be a lot of beaches.

  I will be renting hostels or Airbnbs and you will always have your own bed, depending on where we go we may share room or have separate rooms. For the nights we will be in Guayaquil you will have your own bed in a semiprivate room.
  
  Languages spoken:
  
  Johanna: English, Spanish, basic German and Turkish
  
  Aisha: Understands and speaks spanish. for English, German. not yet in the speaking phase that anyone could understand.
