4 years and many crisis since we first launched our place, in Dikwella.
"Dikwella" ? litterally "Long beach" in sinhala. And actually one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka according to ... us, without any full impartial judgment :)
"Our place"? a Hotel - Cafe - Coworking - Restaurant. Beach front. A quiet garden. A french business on a sri lankan property. A friendly partnership. A chill international vibe. A place to developp and offer many activities such as surf, safaris, buddha tours, market visits, beach volley, yoga, sunset pics contest, movie nights, game nights, lhermit races and much more !
We get a sri lankan team for the kitchen, Cleaning, gardening, security, drivers and tours...
But we also love to share the project with workawayers, as we did with so many friends and woofers since the beginning of this adventure, to bring here an International family vibe !
Renovation, Decoration, DIY, Art, Communication, Hospitality, Events, Activities..
We are full of ideas to improve and run the place. And, as i've been told, my quality as a manager is my ability to let people express their best wishes, capacity, teaching and learning opportunities, with trust and open mind.
So let us know your way of thinking, and we'll probably find a good opportunity to match.
We can host up to 4-5 workawayers at the same time.
Eager to meet you, work with you, and also share some hikes, barbecues, sport, games, dinners, parties and other good vibes

Vendy and Matt came for 2 weeks, and staid 5 months. It means a lot about the trust and complicity we had with them.
