We are a middle aged couple with a 21 year old daughter at university.
We live 100 meters from 90 mile beach
We have sold our holiday park and just now live in our private home closer to the beach

Finja and her friend Lena stayed with me for nearly 2 weeks. Finja is a great cook and cooked each night nice food. I enjoyed their company very much. The dogs just loved Finja. She is a calm hard working young lady, nothing was a problem for her.
All in all a gem. I would not hesitate to recommend her to other workawayers.

We stayed with Debbie for about 2 weeks and enjoyed it a lot!
She was a great host and person to be around. In cooked with her every evening and even got to try mussels fresh from the beach.
The work was easy and flexible, so we had a lot of time to see the region and to play with Debbies lovely dogs.

Lisa is a lovely person and she was great worker and was not afraid to get her hands dirty.
She was great company and nothing was a problem for her.
She is very independent and not a problem to have around.
I can recommend Lisa to any future workaways hosts.

Debbie is a really nice host to stay. The work was easy and not too much, so I could explore the area and Cape Reinga. And Debbie is really a chill and friendly person. I loved to chat with her about the culture and stuff like that and loved the meals she cooked.

We stayed with Debbie and Glen for just over a week and helped out whilst they held a fishing competition! The work was super fun and the family are lovely, it's a great place to base yourself if you're wanting to explore the far north. At the end of our stay they arranged a Cape Reinga tour for us, which was amazing!

I stayed with this family for 3 weeks and I had such a great time... I worked from 10-1 pm and had my own little room with a fridge. Debbie cooks amazing fresh Dinner, but when we just wanted something quick cooked, we had self made Burgers. Which were also very good!! She also has a good taste for decoration in her house.

Sarah and Phillip were fantastic! they befriended our 14 year old daughter and it was quite sad to see them go!
They are excellent workers they painted, and did a lot of gardening and lawn mowing....
Nothing was a problem! Phillip is also a great chef!

Had a good time staying there. Very nice family and the work was easy to do (painting, gardening, etc.). They were very flexible with the working times and everything was very laid back. The meals were very very tasty. It was my first working holiday experience but I hope I'm meeting more people like Debbie and Glen.
