  My name is Joy and I work at the Hotel and Resort, a boutique hotel and mini resort located in the heart of the tourist center of Tam Coc, Bich Dong, Ninh Binh province, Vietnam. Our hotel offers a cozy and comfortable stay with a stunning view of the natural scenery. Our staff are friendly and supportive, but most of them don’t speak English well. That’s why we are looking for volunteers who can help us teach English to our 70 staffs and improve their communication skills. If you are interested in this opportunity, please come and join us. You will have a wonderful time exploring the culture and beauty of Ninh Binh.

  We provide accommodation very close to the hotel for volunteers with meals. Also, we provide bicycles for them when they are off and want to visit attractions around the tourist center of Tam Coc. The hotel is located in the center of the tourist community and the citizens here, so they can learn from the local staff and the local people about Vietnamese, Vietnamese cuisine, Vietnamese culture, and they can share aspects of their cultures with these people. At the same time, they can participate in many of the same activities that tourists come to Ninh Binh to experience.
