  This is a property dedicated to short-term rentals, mainly through platforms online. It is located on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, surrounded by tropical nature.
  The property consists of two houses, one with three bedrooms and the other with two bedrooms, as well as a swimming pool and a rancho with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
  We accommodate groups of up to 12 guests, mainly large families or groups of friends.
  The property has approximately 2,500 m² of tropical garden, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.
  We normally have between 3 and 6 bookings per month, depending on the season, with an average of around 4 to 5 bookings per month. High season generally runs from December to May, while the rest of the year is quieter.
  Guests stay at the property for approximately 10 to 15 days per month on average. When there are no guests, the volunteer is welcome to enjoy the property, including the swimming pool, garden and outdoor areas.
  
  Your own space and privacy
  There is a private area where I live with my wife, as well as a completely independent bungalow for the volunteer.
  The bungalow has its own private bathroom, kitchen, small terrace and private entrance.
  We are looking for a non-smoking, independent person who enjoys having their own space and who is comfortable with a good balance between sharing some moments and having time for themselves, respecting each other's independence.
  When there are no guests, you can also enjoy the swimming pool, the garden and the other outdoor areas of the property.
  This is therefore a good place for someone who enjoys reading, walking, exploring the region, relaxing in nature or simply having their own time and space.
  
  The help
  The main help we need is cleaning and preparing the two houses between guest stays.
  This includes making the 7 beds, cleaning the 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, cleaning the bedrooms and common areas, and making sure everything is perfectly ready for the next guests.
  We estimate approximately 3 to 6 intensive working days per month, depending on the number of bookings. Preparing both houses between one group leaving and the next arriving takes approximately 6 hours of work.
  
  The cleaning must be done carefully and to a very high standard. We currently have a 4.9/5 cleanliness rating, and we want to maintain this level. It is very important to us that the houses are spotless and that we avoid any negative comments concerning cleanliness.
  The working days can therefore be quite intensive, but they are relatively few. Outside these periods, there is a great deal of freedom.
  There may occasionally be a few small additional tasks, such as helping with the garden or taking care of the cats, but nothing that represents significant or regular work.
  Overall, we estimate approximately 5 working days per month, with plenty of free time during the rest of the month.
  
  Minimum stay
  We ask Workawayers to stay for at least one month.
  It takes some time to get to know the property, become familiar with the houses, understand how everything works and develop efficient routines.
  We believe that one month is the minimum stay needed for the experience to be worthwhile and well balanced for both sides.

  We need help with, cleaning and general house keeping, and maybe some simple fixing projects, finish decorating, etc.
  We are looking for a positive person (at least 25 years old) who are mindful in action to help us with the process of hosting and connecting with guests here.
  We are looking for a volunteer who speaks Spanish and English.
  We are looking for someone who can help out sometimes for check in and check out
