I spend 2.5 wonderful weeks with Chelsea and her Family in November. I mainly took care of the youngest boy but in the afternoons and on weekends I also got to spend time with the two other boys. All three of them are really lovely and nice to be around, funny and very kind. We went on bike rides, strolls at the beach or walked to the cute cafe
… read more nearby. We always had lots to smile about :).
Even tough Chelsea was very busy and plans were often made last minute she made sure I was comfortable and offered me to take various yoga classes at her studios. Whenever they went on Family activities they offered me to come with them so I got to go to the pool with them twice, which was really fun too!
I felt at home quickly and the time flew by, I would recommend spending a longer period of time with them, but my plans only allowed for the 2.5 weeks. The nature on the Sunshine Coast is absolutely amazing and it's such a nice and quite place, you can go for walks, runs or bike rides in the forest or take a seat at the beach!
All in all I can say I am greatful for the time I had with this lovely Family and would absolutely recommend staying with them if you get the chance to!Só é possível entrar em contato com Workawayers com assinaturas ativas.

I don't even know how to put my experience with Chelsea, Riley and the boys in words. I stayed with them for a month and then came back for another month a few weeks later because I absolutely loved it. Chelsea and Riley are very busy and plans were often made spontaneously but that was never a problem because the communication was great and they
… read more always made sure to consider my plans and the times I needed for studying. During school times, I also had kind of a schedule for spending time with the boys (especially the youngest) and I took care of household tasks like the boys laundry or meals as well. Because the boys are such cute, adventurous and funny guys who love to read a good book together, ride the bikes, sing a song or play outside, it never felt like work to me. During those times but also in my freetime, the family made sure that I enjoyed my stay with them: we went kayaking, hiking and mountainbiking, Chelsea took me to classes in her fantastic yoga studio, we went for cold plunges in the ocean, had lot's of great dinners and they gave me lot's of suggestions for acivities and hikes. They made me feel like a part of the family and I would always come back, if I could!
The Sunshine Coast is a great place to stay for a while, it has the best beaches to swim and look out for whales, hiking trails, cute little cafes and you are very close to Vancouver.
