We loved having Mayumi stay so much, we invited her back again! She was always willing to help, whether in the kitchen doing dishes, organising the linen closet, or heavy work like driving the tractor, moving furniture or digging in the garden. Mayumi has a very strong work ethic and she is also happy to come along to social events and gatherings.

I stayed at Riki’s place twice because I really loved staying with her.
Riki is thoughtful and open-minded person, she gave me warm hospitality and I felt so welcomed.
My accommodation was very comfy, Riki and her partner Pupar are real food lover and such fascinating chefs that I was satisfied and happy every meal time.
They have beautiful houses
… read more surrounded by bush and creek, I always enjoyed my jobs there. (organizing, cleaning, cooking, gardening, sometimes driving tractor! Jobs were never hard)
During off time I explored peaceful Hepburn Springs, sometimes we enjoyed walking in the bush together (with lovely friendly puppy Lucky), going to Salsa night, local pub and cafe.
Riki teaches yoga and I had some chances to attend her lesson, that was so nice and relaxing time.
She is also really understanding and supportive about long traveling abroad, made me reassured.
Her lifestyle story impressed me a lot, we had good conversation at dinner table.
I appreciate you letting me into your life and all your kindness, Riki.

Riccardo is a rare generous soul, he will even share a sip of his cappuccino. It is double as rare to find an Italian soo open minded that they will drink a cappuccino after lunch! We loved sharing good home grown and made food with Riccardo, he was always very grateful, appreciative and full of oooohhs and aahhhs. Respectful, energetic, fun, a true gentleman and always up for a philosophical debate. We hope he will visit us again some day.

Riki is a really opened and caring person. She has traveled a lot around the globe so she completely knows how´s the backpacker´s life style. … read more and work by yourself. She is an amazing cook, completley fresh and healthy food. I am vegan and she adapted everything to my necessities. The room she provides had a double bed and a beautiful view to the hills and you will be sharing the bathroom with her.
I attended to her yoga lessons which were really nice and relaxing. We went a couple of times out to have dinner and enjoy the local pub, it was a lot of fun. She has a partner which lives locally so Riki sometimes sleeps at his place and there were times were we had dinner all together at her house. He is very easy going and nice person. Lucky, her dog, loves people and going for walks, she is very friendly.
