Namaste, thank you for reading my profile. My new home is set in the lush green surroundings of Eiras, O Rosal, 5 minute walk to the Mino, the river that divides Portugal and Spain.
I moved her with my young son in September 2022.
The Finca is also very close to the Camino so if your planning to do the Pilgrim to Santiago De Compostela this could be a great stop on the way, before or after...
I am SO keen to speak Spanish fluently....
I recently relocated from Goa where I taught retreats, workshops and classes in yoga & meditation. I have over 20 years of experience and love to teach if your interested in learning some transformational practices..
I like to cook Indian food, recipes that my mother taught me.
Being in nature is my passion and the surrounding areas are GREAT for walking, running, cycling and swimming in the river and beach..
Its a haven for those who love to be outdoors in nature.
My Finca has a large garden approx 4000sq with lots of potential and I need maintenance help. I wish to create some meditation/relaxation spots, natural mandalas or any other ideas you may have?
I also need help transforming 2 dated Casita (Scandinavian wood cottage) that could do with some love so if you have carpentry skills, interior design or a good eye for cost effective ways of making a place look cosy it would be a massive bonus.
Also would love some pictures and videos taken so if you have those skills great,
I am looking for someone or a couple who is looking for a minimum of 2 week workaway.
I offer one meal and beautiful private accommodation with your own kitchen and bathroom. The land is magical and everyone that visits falls in love with the Finca grounds and the area that surrounds it. I really want to develop my Spanish language and would love to share stories and experiences in both English and Spanish :)
no help will be asked towards my business which will now start again in Spring, the projects are personal and for my private home and garden only.

I spent 1,5 week there and I enjoyed it a lot, also becouse I could meet other nice workawayer.
The work was enjoyable: for me was mainly photoshooting and video making, than in the rest of the time keeping the house clean and other simple tasks of gardening.

It was fun sharing experiences together, and he was great with my son. He got the jobs done that I needed him to do in his own time which suited me too. I would recommend Jacob to any host, he is a charming, kind and humble young man.
