Help with starting an animal sanctuary 30mins from Cologne

  Hey lovely people.
  
  I bought and renovated a house and I want to start an animal sanctuary, like fostering cats, saving wildlife and saving chickens! Unfortunately the garden is not big enough for farm animals but I could see some rabbits and ducks maybe. I also want to take in injured doves and take care of them until they can go back to the wild. Any kinds of animals are welcome here, I also do love dogs but my 3 cats might not be happy about it, lets see! :D
  
  About myself: I am 29 years old, I am a social worker and anthropologist. I am easygoing and I have travelled a lot myself when I was younger, in low budget and backpacking way, I also hitchhiked a lot and I have quite some stories. :D
  My interests aredoing sports like yoga and gym, spending a lovely time with other humans, reading and spending time in nature. I also like to go out every now and then and I enjoy electronic music for a night out, but I also love 2000s hits and 80s. I also like shopping and doing my nails, what should I say, Im just a girl! I am also into politics and love to talk about topics regarding society and culture. During your stay I will do my best for you to feel welcome and at home. <3 I am also not strict about working hours or certain tasks to finish, I also enjoy the company since I moved to the countryside all by myself.
  
  The house I bought is 100 years old but renovated, but it still needs a final touchup so if you like crafty things you´re very welcome. :)
  Maybe theres also someone who would like to help me take care of the 1000qm garden that has been growing wildly for the last decades, which i find pretty, but i want a little bit of structure and maybe some veggies.
  We could also renovate the old chicken cage next to the house, so we can save chickens as soon as possible! It needs to be safe against foxes and other wildlife that likes to eat chickens.
  
  As I mentioned I have three very cute cats so far and they love to sit on your lap and cuddle all day long! I am working from 8am to 4:30 pm so they will keep you company. There are also beautiful surroundings to take walks and a supermarket is in walking distance.
  You have your own beautiful room with a sleeping couch, small closet etc. The house is 130qm with 5 rooms so we will find a place for you. You always have the option to take the train to Köln where there´s more things to explore. It takes about 45mins walking to the station, there is a bus but its not very reliable so best would be to take one of my bikes which takes only like 15mins to the train station. :) in 15 mins you would also get to Düren city center where there are cute cafes etc.
  
  I will provide you with basic food that I also eat, like rice and pasta and some sauces and veggies and some cereal and bread etc., if I cook of course you can eat with me but I do not eat at home all the time.

  you can go for walks and take a train to the Eifel where you can hike in beautiful places. There is also a lake where you can go by bike.
