  Our home away from home is settled in a high alpine meadow, perfect for anyone looking to get away from it all, do a little hiking, and enjoy the benefits of small community living. Mountains surround us for an ideal respite from perhaps more hectic travel.

  It is a beautiful spot to get some writing done, hike throughout the crown land surrounding, on line coursework with no distractions, all in the most beautiful of locations. You will have time to reflect while gathering the deadfall! If you need time to think through life decisions, this is it!

  We are looking for 4 - 5 days of forest maintenance in return for a seven day stay, 5 hours / day. Our surrounding area is forest fire prone, so our journey over the past few years has been to gather the fallen deadwood and space the trees to make our place a little safer.
