  We are a family of four living in beautiful Fethiye, on the Mediterranean coast of Türkiye. Fethiye is one of Türkiye’s most popular tourism destinations, surrounded by nature, beaches, mountains, small villages and many opportunities to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle.
  
  I work in the tourism and travel industry, with a particular interest in tourism technology, travel businesses and hospitality. I also work remotely, write for travel and lifestyle magazines, and provide consultancy and advisory services to individuals and organizations.
  
  My wife is an English teacher, so English is naturally part of our everyday family life. We share many similar interests and enjoy travelling, discovering new places, spending time outdoors, cooking, meeting people from different cultures and enjoying simple family moments together. She is also a very good cook and loves preparing and sharing delicious home-cooked meals with family and friends.
  
  We have two children. Our son is 15 and attends high school in another city, so he normally lives there during the school term and spends time with us during school holidays. He enjoys cooking, cycling, watching movies and playing games.
  
  Our daughter is 8 years old and is in the third grade of primary school. She is cheerful, active and curious. She enjoys painting, swimming, dancing, playing games, cycling and exploring the area around our home. She also loves animals and spending time outdoors.
  
  As a Workawayer, you will mainly spend time with our daughter and become part of our everyday family life. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and would be happy to play with her, help her practise English through everyday conversations, accompany her on walks or bike rides, go swimming, paint and do creative activities together.
  
  We also enjoy simple family activities such as cooking and preparing meals together, gardening, looking after plants and animals, playing board games, watching movies, visiting local markets, going for walks and discovering nearby places. Depending on the season and everyone's interests, we may also enjoy beach days, cycling trips, picnics and short excursions around Fethiye.
  
  For us, Workaway is not simply about helping with a few tasks. We would like to share our home, family life, local culture and knowledge of Fethiye while learning about your country, culture, language and lifestyle as well.
  
  We are an easy-going, open-minded and internationally oriented family, and we hope to welcome someone who is respectful, responsible, positive and genuinely interested in becoming part of our family life for a while.

  Ajuda

  We have 2 chidren and our son can speak basic English. We mainly need help with the house and play with children, to help my son with homeworks, talking, serving the meals, walking, cycling, swimming in pool. We have also garden with pool and need help for maintenance every two days and caring chickens/flowers/trees when needed.

  Attic floor with one bedroom and private bathroom, balcony. Children may share the living room for playing. Wifi is more strong on the first floor.

  We are living in a private villa with pool, 5 minutes walking distance to Ciftlik Center, 10minutes to Calis Beach % 20minutes to Fethiye City Center by bus.
  
  Fethiye is located in the picturesque bay at the foot of the mountains, sheltered by green pine and cedar forests - an unusually beautiful resort with a developed tourist infrastructure located in 60 km from Dalaman airport. Immersed in the green peninsula known for exceptional environmental friendliness, this resort is for those who are seeking privacy and tranquility, love beautiful nature, clean air and beautiful views.
  
  Among tourists, the resort has become a popular place in the Mediterranean and known as the Turquoise Coast. Fethiye, with its majestic mountains, the numerous sandy beaches, islands and numerous hidden from human eyes bays and colorful bustling bazaars is attracting tourists from all over the world. What is Fethiye like? The abundance of bays and islands on the rugged coast line creates an excellent basis for the development of yacht Fethiye tourism. The Fethiye old town itself has no beaches, the closest municipal beach is Calis beach, it is located in several kilometers from Fethiye old town. The water temperature in the sea near Fethiye Turkey throughout the year rarely falls below 19°C. Fethiye region is famous for the magnificent sea and underwater tuff caves, which are particularly interesting for divers. In 16 km from Fethiye Turkey near the town of Oludeniz there is a unique nature reserve Blue Lagoon, the so-called Dead Sea - the most visited and one opf the most beautiful beaches in Turkey.
  In Fethiye tourists will find a lot of entertainment. Here you can go paragliding, extreme white water rafting, take a jeep safari on the mountain roads, boat trips or diving with all the beauty of the underwater world. Fethiye streets are full of the different shops, bars and restaurants that offer a pleasant shopping experience and taste delicious dishes of national and European cuisine.
